W. H. Bellinger, Jr. is Professor of Religion Emeritus at Baylor University where he served for decades as Professor of Old Testament and Hebrew as well as Chair of the Department of Religion.  Recent publications include Psalms as a Grammar for Faith:  Prayer and Praise (Baylor University Press, 2019), Introducing Old Testament Theology:  Creation, Covenant, and Prophecy in the Divine-Human Relationship (Baker Academic, 2022), and Psalms, Co-authored with Walter Brueggemann (New Cambridge Bible Commentary, 2014).
