Biography
Rev. Dr. Sarah Griffith Lund is an ordained minister with standing in the United Church of Christ and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and serves as the Vice President for Seminary Advancement at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is the author of the highly acclaimed memoir Blessed are the Crazy: Breaking the Silence About Mental Illness, Family and Church (Chalice Press, 2014), for which she won the Bob and Joyce Dell Award for Mental Health Education presented at the UCC 30th General Synod. Dr. Lund serves as Vice Chair of the UCC Mental Health Network and on the leadership team for the Bethany Fellows, a mentoring program for new pastors. She is a graduate of Trinity University, Princeton Theological Seminary, Rutgers University and McCormick Theological Seminary.
